Quem aprecia uma boa chávena de chá deve proceder do seguinte modo:
Bring the necessary water to the boil in a water-only vessel; use water of excellent quality; as soon as it boils, scald the teapot with a little of that water in order to warm it; pour two teaspoons per liter into the teapot, bring the teapot to the kettle and pour the water on the leaves as it boils, put the lid on the teapot and allow the tea to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes so that the leaves release all their aroma and taste.
